RomanceClass.com AdviceAs you know, you are NOT fat. For "ideal weights" see: http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/met.htm The definition of fat is 20% over your ideal body weight. You would have to weigh 156 pounds to be considered fat.
Could it be that your exercise has developed muscles where you didn't have any before? Possibly your husband is observing these areas of your body and feeling that you are overweight. Ask him where specifically he sees fat on you and that might help define the problem.
The real problem is with your husband. He should not be calling you fat (or ugly) because it hurts your feelings. There may be other issues involved that need to be brought to the surface. Since you have military privileges, take advantage of the free marital counseling available through the Navy.
Best of luck,
George
