She says she will call but doesn't
Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Maletheres this girl that i like. we call each other and we keep in touch, but im the one who calls her. she tells me ill call u, but she never does. we flirt but when we go out we act just as friends. my question is how do i keep her interested and how do i figure out how she feels about me?

The best way to get closer to her is to share your feelings and listen very carefully when she talks about her feelings. Ask her followup questions if she only talks briefly. Getting someone to talk about themselves is the best way to understand them and to also get closer.
