I"M GETTING REALLY JEALOUS AND UPSET

i have this neighbor who is one of my friends.he's 13. i'm 15. well at least i think. we use to spend time 2gether. but latley we haven't. he always has his friends over. my mom thinks maybe he wants to hang out with his guy friends. but i'm 2 shy 2 call him. i don't want 2 bug him though. its summer and i don't expect him 2 always hang around with me always but...PLEASE HELP ME!!! I"M GETTING REALLY JEALOUS AND UPSET. I TRY 2 SHOW OFF (DRESS REALLY NICE...etc)

Try to get over your shyness because that's the one way you can get what you want.

He is not going to realize that you want to hang out with him unless you tell him. Make sure he knows that you only want to hang out a little bit so he won't worry that you will interrupt his time with his friends.
