His -- a problem?
Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old FemaleMy boyfriend mentioned something about his ex-girlfriend when it happen the first they had sex now, he admitted it was wrong and the he was making a joke. I thought that needed time to get over but the more I think about it the mroe upset I get picturing them doing it. Now I think about everything they could have done together eand the places that they have been and is not his fault I have no rigth to get upset about the past and it is unfair for him, but can I do if I can't stop thinking about it I don't even wanna have sex with him because I can get rid of this sick thoughts. How can I get get over it?

Whenever these jealous thoughts enter your mind, tell them in no uncertain terms to go away and leave you alone. Tell them that your boyfriend loves you and that his past doesn't matter (just like your past doesn't matter).
Do this a hundred or so times and the jealous thoughts will give up trying to bother you and go away.
