Going to IraqWe often have visitors write in with solutions to each others' problems. Here is a visitor's solution to one of our visitor's questions. Original Visitor's Question from a 13-20 year old Female I have a boyfriend that i have been going with for almost 4 months now. I love him a lot and will do anything for him and he feels the same way. He is in the army national guard and just got back from basic training. When he got back he had about a month before he had to go be stationed somewhere. Every weekend he could(which was every one)he would come to my town and stay with my cousin and we were always together!! At first we were just in like and the day before he left he said he really loved me and always wanted to be with me. We talk almost every night now! He found out that he had to go to Iraq in January, and stay for a year. I wont ever get to see him anymore and it hurts really bad. I love him but i dont know if i should stay with him while he is gone. I also have another problem, i still like my ex-boyfriend, and he calls me sometimes asking me if i want to hang out with. I would feel bad if i did, but he is such an awesome friend and i dont want to lose his friendship. I still kind of have feelings for my ex too. What should i do? Should i break up with my boyfriend now becuase he is going to Iraq and what should i do about my ex.(which lives in my town and i see him EVERYDAY) THANKS!! User Submitted Advice from a 13-20 year old Female Right for country I know how you feel someone how I love soooooo much is going to Iraq and my x lives right here in my naborhood and I still have feelings for him to but I know that I want to stay with my love right now and ya its going to be REALLY hard to not be able to see him and talk to him every day but I know that he is just doing something that he feels is right for his country. I think that you have to figure out what you feel is the right thing for YOU not your x or your bf. I know that you will make the right choose for you. Its sounds to me though that your bf has been makeing every chance he gets to see you and be with ever though its hard for him. I think that you should think about that to.
