I now regretted sending him the break up email coz i still love him and really miss him a lot.We often have visitors write in with solutions to each others' problems. Here is a visitor's solution to one of our visitor's questions. Original Visitor's Question from a 41-50 year old Female Hi, I'm in long distance relationship with this guy for slightly more than a year. We've spent a few days together before he left for his new job in another country. From the day he left until today, we only exchange mails but I didn't receive any phone call from him. What he does everyday is by sending junk mails or even sending me lovely ecards to me. Whenever I sent him emails sharing with him my problems, he never make an effort to reply any of them. What he does when he knows I am frustrated, he will send lovely ecards with special messages. I'm really frustrated with all these and told him to find that special someone in his life...someone who can understand him better. He didn't reply this email either. I now regretted sending him the break up email coz i still love him and really miss him a lot. Really hope someone can advise me. thanks User Submitted Advice from a 21-30 year old Female Something is off hm i have never been on a long distance relationship, but i understand the whole email thing. my ex n i barely saw each other because of work and school. email was all we had. some times when i was feeling down i would send him realy long letters telling him how i felt or even encouraging long messages when i knew he was goign through hard times. sometimes if he even responded it would be a line or two not saying much. that always bothered me because when you express yourself through letters you expect the other person to put as muhc into it as you did, but usually they dont. maybe its a men thing. who knows. but this really made me feel he didnt care so i cut him off. you shouldnt take back what you said, because you actually meant it. maybe you still love him but obviously something is off when he cant even respond to the last email you will ever send him.
