Original Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male I want to ask this girl to be my girl friend.I'm 13 and i guess the girl I want to ask out is 13 too. The girl I want to ask out goes to another school like 11 blocks away from my school. I used to know her from last year in my school. She was popular and I didnt really like her, i just said hi to her and stuff. This year I think of her like she is hot! When I went to her school for about 15 min, in the lunch room I saw her and she smiled and waved to me, with a laugh from her and her friends at her table. Then I found out that she was already going out with another kid. So my question is that, since I already know her number, I need some advice in asking her out by like talking to her. I don't want to use the advice you have in your site because im not that confident with that advice! I wont just ask her out, I'll wait untill she is done her relation ship with the other kid. I really don't want to embarrass my self doing this. User Submitted Advice from a 13-20 year old Male Be confident ok now hold on i think my advice will help you better...ok just by reading this i c a couple mistakes on this...ok number 1, u 2 r still young and have a lot to look out for...i would start off as her friend and give her humor here and there and hang out sometime. number 2, she's not that far so u have nothing 2 lose, get her while she's close, number 3, ok she is in a relationship right now and dont worry sooner or later they will break the relationship off but be careful because if he hurts or emotionally, then its gonna be harder for u, so be cautious about that, and tell her u respect her relationship but u just want her 2 know how u feel about her, number 4, dude this is 1 that i learned the hard way and i had my best friend who is 27 tell me this...im going 2 tell u the secret..."GIRLS LIKE CONFIDENCE" dont ever say your not confident because a girl wants a guy with balls 2 tell her...none of that murmering and stuttering and shyness (i would admit im shy so she can know that shy but at least your asking...tahts confidence) so hope this helps i wish someone could help me with the girl i might get with tomorrow!
