This has got to be THE most commonly asked question on this site that we are forced to give generic answers to. I have to tell you, we are NOT Magic-8 balls. We don't know you. We don't know your partner. We have no idea what this other person is thinking. If YOU do not know, and you know this person, how can a third party possibly guess?
