Could this already be love?

I recently met this guy(a week ago recently).We spend alot of time together,And it seems are feelings very intense for eachother. Is it possible that this could already be love ?

It's doubtful but possible.

Love usually builds after a longer time of knowing each other and each other's likes and dislikes.

It's only been a week, my advice is to wait at least a month before thinking it is love.
