She just started a new job a couple months ago. A man there had trouble with his wife cheating on him. Now I find out he and my wife are having an affair. I confronted her and left. Now she says she loves me but it seems like she is waiting for me to ask her back. Should I try to mend this relationship or leave and should I wait for her to take steps to fix it since she is at fault? User Submitted Advice from a 41-50 year old Male I will take the kids My wife cheated on me after 11 years of marriage, she was always on the phone and taking away so I wouldnt hear. After seven months and numerous questions I finally had proof and confronted her. Turned out the guy was married as well , they met while both were at karate with our kids. Needless to say , I am hurt , angry ,confused among other things. I do not think I will ever forgive her. She now is more in love with me than ever. Before I found out she wanted me to move out for a trail seperation, now she doesnt but I do.She says she is more in love with me than ever. All I can think about is the lies and deception. Marriage counseling lets me express this in a positive way , but I have little hope for reconciliation. How can I ever truly believe her again? I can't.
