Original Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Male Hi and thank you for any feed back on this situation it all started when my girlfriend said she wanted to go dancing and i said " i dont like dancing" i said that about 20 times to her to get the point across finally she gets her friend to go with her line dancing. she said "if you dont go i am going to dance with other guys.So she goes and i saty home because im to shy to dance and i dont like social events with drunk people. so she danced with 5 guys, slow danced with 3 and freaked danced with 2 . one dance was with her body faced out and the guy comes up behind her and grabs her hips and goes with the music with my girlfriend butt right in front or even sometimes touching his crotch for like 5min i got upset, she said i have no right because i did not go with her.she ended up saying she will not dance with another guy again... but it is still bothering me, i cant even listen to rap music because all it reminds me of is my girlfriend butt rubbing a mans crotch Should i be upset?? is she wrong?? or am i for being this upset? User Submitted Advice from a 13-20 year old Male Break dancing freakdance is normal nowadays!? just because it's common it doesn't mean it should be accepted in a relationship. your feeling perfectly normal there about your girlfriend dancing inappropiately my friend. however, talk it out with her, see how she respects your feelings, and go from there. assess the situation as reasonably, understandably, and as maturely as possible. i've had trust issues with my girlfriend doing that stuff too. im only 18 but i sure as hell will not allow such obscenity with other men into me and my girlfriend's relationship, and neither should you. good luck =) The Original Question and RomanceClass Answer
