Does Losing your Virginity Hurt?We often have visitors write in with solutions to each others' problems. Here is a visitor's solution to one of our visitor's questions. Original Visitor's Question from a 13-20 year old Female How much does it hurt for a teenage girl to lose her virginity and how does she know if she's ready? User Submitted Advice from a 21-30 year old Female I lost my virginity last week, I read up on it before loosing it. I knew it was going to hurt because every last on of my friends let me in own the type of pain I was going to feel. The experience itself was good, it felt really nice once it was in. I actually wanted to have sex a little longer than what we did. It's hard for me to determine how long it lasted because it took like ten minutes to get it in. This particular area of the virginia is like an elastic; however, since it has been closed up for so long the muscle has to be worked before the pain will stop. It's like getting into shape, the more you exercise the more flexible your joints are. The same exists for this one particular area. The size of your partner may play a major part too. I'm 21 by the way. The man I chose to loose my virginity to is a friend and no matter what him and I will always be friends. He was just the person of choice for me. Understand that you must be comfortable with yourself in order for you to be comfortable with loosing your virginity. And as for the partner of choice, you have to accept that he may not be there after everything is said and done. That's just how life is sometimes. That's why it's so important to know how to stand alone before you can stand with anyone else. As for him, it felt really good to him. Therefore, he claims he didn't last as long as he usually would. All I can say is it felt like something was squezzing into me. But once it was in, I felt nothing I until I began to join in on the fun. By then, it was over. I didn't reach my climax though. You know that good feeling you get when you masturbate, that's your climax. My friends that told me about their experiences claimed the pain lasted for a week. I really didn't have any pain at all, I stretched a lot the week prior to me loosing my virginity to avoid any discomfort. I also did vagina stretching, something that pregnant woman do a lot. We used a condom, use a condom no matter what the egg head says because you never know when your ovulating. Period time isn't the only time of risk, the time you're the most horny and have a lot of discharge is the time you want to be very careful around. I've only done it once and I would love to do it again. My partner was NOT that well in doubt at all. I don't think it really matters, but like I said I did not reach my peek.
