Original Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Female I have been knowin my ex for 3yrs and have been broken up for a year. We have been dating and we still love each other very much. Ever since we broke up i have trying and doing everything i can to get him back. He still tells me he loves me and acts like were a couple when we go out and even tells his friends that we are. I would love for him to give us another shot but he jus wont do it. He has given me every excuse even got with someone else but they broke up 3 mnths ago. I dont knw what to say or do anymore i wanna give up but something is tellin me not to. I dont know what to do. Should i jus move on?? I really dont wanna give up on him but i cant take this pain it hurts so bad and its like he doesnt care. He calls me everyday and everynite and tells me he loves me before we hang up. User Submitted Advice from a 21-30 year old Female Make her happy I can kinda relate coz after I broke up with my last boyfriend, we still hung out and he'd call me 4-8 times a night; take me out to a restaurant or we'd go bowling or go see a movie. Everyone thought we were together coz we were always flirting with each other but if only it was that easy. Unfortunantly he was still trying to figure out if he wanted me back or not. Even though we weren't together, he still loved me. What I'm saying is don't give up hope. If he doesn't realize what he's putting you through, maybe he isn't the one for you. Tell him how you feel & if he comes around; says he's sorry & never meant to hurt you, don't give in too quickly. Make him squeel for a little bit longer; make him chase you instead of the other way around. If he truely loves you, he'll chase after you trying to win you back & never let you go. He'd treat you right, tell you how beautiful you are everyday, sends flowers to your doorstep letting him how deep his love for you & he'll do everything he can to make you happy.
